17. Withdrawing an appeal
I want to withdraw my appeal. What should I do?
Before we can process any application we will need some personal details. This will allow us to deal with your request promptly. Without these details, we will not be able to deal with your request. This is to ensure security for the appeal. We cannot accept telephone requests for withdrawal of appeals.
Only you or your representative can withdraw your appeal. If you wish to withdraw your appeal you should write or fax us at:

It would be helpful to include your appeal number in any correspondence.
If you want to withdraw your appeal and your hearing is less than 7 days away please fax or write to the hearing centre where your appeal is scheduled to be heard.
