Please note you are only required to send in one application. There is no requirement to lodge an application by post and fax.
Your completed application for a reconsideration order form should be sent with the relevant documents as detailed in Part D of the application form. It is important that you provide a comprehensive list as this will allow copies of the documents listed at Part D to be provided for an Immigration Judge as part of your application. The documents you provided with your initial appeal will have been copied and retained with your original appeal file.
The below forms are required if the AIT decision served on you advised that the Tribunal does not propose to make an order for reconsideration of its decision on appeal on the grounds that there was an error of law; or that the Tribunals does not propose to grant permission for the application to be made outside of the relevant time limit.
