Facilities
The majority of centre provides the following:
- Hearings are usually open to anyone who wishes to go.
- A loop system to assist people with hearing difficulties.
- Public toilets.
- Baby changing facilities.
- Public pay telephones.
- Drinking water dispensers.
- A quiet area for prayer.
Please ask at reception for help to find these and any other facilities that you may need.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building.
- Mobile phones must be switched off in the hearing room.
- Please keep all your possessions with you at all times.
- Anyone who is pregnant or has surgical implants should inform the security staff before entering the metal detection arch or being scanned with the wand.
