Case Management Review (CMR) hearing
Only in country asylum appeals will be listed for a case management review hearing. The purpose of the CMR is to establish the appeal issues prior to a full hearing. The CMR hearing lasts for approximately 30 minutes and can not be adjourned.
Only attend the CMR if you do not have a representative who will appear for you. If you require an interpreter, you must let us know in advance of your hearing.
If no one attends the CMR, the immigration judge may decide your appeal in your absence without a full hearing.
